NEA Resource Sustainability Act

Singapore's Resource Sustainability Act 2019 (administered by the National Environment Agency) introduced Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) for e-waste. For ITAD, RSA imposes obligations on producers and licensed e-waste collectors and recyclers. Maxicom Singapore orchestrates through licensed-recycler partners under the Singapore Producer Responsibility Scheme.

RSA scope for e-waste

The RSA EPR scheme covers regulated consumer electronics; commercial e-waste flows through licensed collectors and recyclers. Maxicom orchestrates through licensed partners.

Singapore Producer Responsibility Scheme

Producers register through ALBA E-Waste Smart Recycling (the appointed PRO). Bulk consumers route through registered collectors. Documentation flows through the scheme reporting.
